Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Chicken

8-10 chicken thighs, boneless skinless
1c brown sugar
1/4c lemon lime soda
2/3c vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp black pepper
-chinese hot sauce, opt-
---Place chicken in slow cooker. Cover with sugar, pepper, garlic and soy. Add vinegar the lemon lime soda. Cover and cook on low 6-9hrs or high 4-5hrs
